The Leatherman Surge is a real powerhouse, built with their largest pliers, longest multi-tool blades and easy-to-use locks. Its unique blade exchanger, replaceable 154CM wire cutters and four outside-opening blades give you quick access to the tools you use most. Every tool and knife on the body of the handle, with the exception of the plier head, will lock into place. By locking them into place when fully open, you can put pressure on the implement while safely completing the job, before manually unlocking the tool to stow it away. A secure ring lets you attach the Surge safely and securely to a lanyard - useful if you're working near water or on scaffolding. All the tools are easily accessible while the Surge is folded or closed, mimicking the functionality of a pocket knife. And every tool can be opened and operated with one hand, letting you keep the other hand free.
