The Frederick 3-Panel Steel Fire Surround comes with a 72cm gate opening panel, a wall mounting kit, and additional extensions to fit a variety of hearths. The panels come in black and white and in two different height options. The panels within the configuration can be angled at ten-degree increments to adjust the shape if required. The gate opening panel can also be placed anywhere within the configuration, allowing for side access to the fire if preferred. The screw-fit wall mounting kit is included to securely attach the fire surround to either side of the hearth. The wall mounting kit has been designed so that it can be installed above the height of the skirting board if required. Please note the wall mounting kit must be used as the fire surround can not be left free-standing. There is no specific British or European Safety Standard for fire surrounds to determine the distance the surround should be positioned away from the fire. It is recommended the fire surround is installed at a safe distance to ensure any limbs are unable to reach through the bars and come into contact with any heat source, and to ensure that it is fitted far enough away from the heat source to prevent it from becoming hot to the touch. Belfry Heating Finish: Black, Size: 51D x 164W cm
