Offering a 15 year guarantee and a great choice of thermostats, this electric underfloor heating system is an affordable solution which offers great value for money without compromising quality.The heat output of this system is 140w/m2 and is suitable as a primary source of heat in adequately insulated rooms.It's important to note that the GORILLA electric underfloor heating mats can be cut to shape to fit your specific floor layout. However, they cannot be cut to a smaller size.To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend ordering a mat that covers approximately 90% of your free floor space (after deducting any fixed units or furniture that sits flat to the floor). Please Note, for larger areas exceeding 12m2, the kit will be composed of two heating mats to ensure comprehensive coverage.These mats MUST be installed in conjunction with ProFoam or XPS Insulation. When installing carpet/vinyl flooring, Heat-Pak Dual Overlay must also be used. Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
