This is still factory sealed from new.
PLEASE NOTE. This CD comes from the collection of someone who was
a smoker. Consequently (depending on how sensitive your sense of smell is) you
may notice the smell of smoke that may have been absorbed into the cardboard cover/booklet.
The cellophane cover may have protected the booklet, but without removing the
cellophane I cannot tell. The cellophane on this CD is ripped/torn, so the smell
of smoke may have gotten into the cardboard in this gap.
There are cracks on the
plastic case under the cellophane as can be seen in the photos. This damage
sometimes happens to CD cases in transit, but cases and
cheap and easy to replace if required. If the CD was not still factory sealed,
I would have replaced the jewel case before listing, but I have not as I would
have to remove the cellophane.

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
