The Bosch EXPERT M480 125mm Net Abrasive Sanding Disc is a high-performance abrasive disc designed to deliver superior dust control when sanding wood, paint, and drywall. Traditional sandpaper clogs quickly as dust builds up on the surface, reducing cutting efficiency and contaminating the workspace. The M480 addresses this with Bosch's Particle Control technology, which draws dust straight through the open net structure and into your extraction system rather than allowing it to accumulate on the abrasive surface or disperse into the air. According to Bosch, this system delivers up to 4x better dust reduction compared to Bosch C420 sandpaper. The result is a disc that stays effective for longer, maintains a cleaner working environment, and helps reduce airborne dust — a practical benefit for tradespeople working in occupied properties or enclosed spaces. The 125mm disc attaches via hook and loop for quick changes, and is compatible with pad savers for enhanced dust extraction performance. This pack includes six discs across three grit sizes: 2x 80 grit for material removal, 2x 120 grit for intermediate smoothing, and 2x 180 grit for fine finishing.
