Contains triturated (finely ground) tiny particles of selected cell salts, in easy to take, \u2018dissolve on the tongue\u2019 tablets. These \u2018FastMelt\u2019 tablets are quickly absorbed and include biotin, an essential nutrient.
Dosage:
Adults: Dissolve 4 to 8 tablets on or under the tongue 3 times per day.
Children to 12 years: half adult dosage.
Do not exceed the recommended dose
12 tablets provide 12.75\u00B5g of Biotin (Vitamin H) (25.5% Reference Intake)
These may be safely taken with other supplements or medicines
