The Waltons 12 x 8 Overlap Apex Wooden Shed is well suited to larger gardens and offers excellent value for money. The roofline is a traditional apex style that provides maximum headroom inside, it also helps with water drainage due to the sloping nature of the roof. The spacious interior is ideal for storing garden furniture, lawn mowers and gardening equipment and would also make a great workshop, with space for work benches and storage units. Featuring shatterproof styrene glazed windows, this building floods with light, making it easy to locate your stored items. The window panels are modular and can be constructed on either side of the shed to suit your requirements. We manufacture this building here in the UK, using FSC� certified timber. The walls themselves are constructed using overlapping timber boards that are fixed to a strong internal frame. The roof and floor are cut from solid sheet board, a hard-wearing and robust material, ideal for everyday use. This building comes with mineral roofing felt that will help protect it from water damage. We provide robust fixtures and fittings as well as our detailed instructions and manufacturer�s recommendations. Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
