The Sims 3 (PC: Mac DVD-rom, 2009)
All my CDs and DVDs are tested and working, but may still have scuffs, minor scratches and other marks as expected with a used disc. If it has deep scratches, I do not sell it.
All photography is my own and you will get exactly what is seen. You are purchasing the physical item, not a license for software.
If a serial number is needed for installation, it is usually present on a sticker, in the manual or on the box. I do not check if they are needed, so in some cases they are missing. In most cases you can find a working serial number online.
Some games will use an online activation system such as Steam/Ubisoft/EA - I have no way to check if the serial numbers have been used before. I typically try to only sell vintage games that do not use such systems. Most of the older games that work this way, there are patches available online to get around it.
Check my feedback - I do everything I can to make sure everyone is happy, but there are simply limits to what I can check!

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
