The design of Amrita created the appearance of texture whilst still remaining true to the chic blanket-link texture of a flat weave rug. The Armita rug brings attention to the large scale design using tufted areas to add depth and shape. Amrita is hand-tufted in India by skilled rug artisans using a clever blend of natural cotton and wool to add a layer of cosiness to your space, whilst avoiding the use of fossil materials.**Caring for your rug** * Vacuum safe * Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean dry white cloth * Cut lose threads carefully with scissors, avoid pulling * A small amount of fibre loss is normal on a new rug * Test all new cleaning products on an inconspicuous area first to ensure it does not affect the colour **Opening your rug** 1. Unroll your rug 2. Flip over 3. Re-roll 4. Leave to rest in a warm room for 24 hours Steps 1-4 will help reduce wrinkles and curling from packaging. Returns

Refunds

Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
