Zeze Pink Tulip Scratching Post | Color:
Variant: Pink. zeze Tulip Cat Scratching Post - Plush Bloom, Jute Rope Column & Rattle Leaf Cheerful Design · Natural Jute Scratching · Healthy Stretch · Steady Weighted Base A tulip with a face. The bloom at the top is filled with polyester fibre and covered in short plush, and two googly eyes give it an expression somewhere between startled and delighted. It is the sort of thing you leave out in the living room on purpose, rather than tucking behind the sofa when someone calls round. Underneath the charm sits a proper scratching post. The stem is a paper tube wound tightly in jute rope, the texture cats look for when they want to drag their claws down something vertical. Standing 60 cm tall in pink and 57 cm in yellow, it gives a grown cat room to reach up and lengthen through the shoulders and spine, which a flat mat on the floor cannot do. The leaf is not only decoration. It holds rattle paper, so a passing paw gets a crackle back. Pink comes with a second, smaller felt tulip planted on the base; yellow has a felt butterfly hanging on a cord beneath the flower head. Either way there is something to bat at once the scratching is done. The round base is MDF wrapped in green fabric and 35 cm across, wide enough to hold the post upright when a cat throws its full weight into a stretch. Key Features Plush tulip head: Short plush over polyester fibre filling, with googly eyes that give the bloom its expression. Jute rope scratching column: Rope wound tightly around a paper tube core, giving claws a vertical surface with real grip. Rattle paper leaf: The green leaf holds rattle paper, so a swipe is answered with a crackle. Full-height stretch: At 57-60 cm the post lets an adult cat reach up and extend properly rather than hunching over a mat. A play piece with each colour: Pink carries a small felt tulip on the base; yellow has a felt butterfly hanging from the flower head. Weighted 35 cm base: A fabric-wrapped MDF board keeps the post steady through...
