The CMT 665.200.11 is a 90\u00B0 V-groove and engraving router bit designed specifically for signmaking and lettering work. It accepts a replaceable tungsten carbide insert, which can be rotated to present a fresh cutting edge when wear becomes apparent, extending the working life of the tooling without replacing the entire bit. A locking screw secures the insert positively, ensuring consistent geometry and safe operation at cutting speed. The bit is suited to timber, aluminium alloys, and composite materials.
