Avento Black Water Bag Trainer Inflatble, Sports Direct. Get fitter and stronger with the Avento Inflatable Water Bag Multi-trainer. Water bag fitness is a fun and challenging way to move and is also called 'stability training'. Enjoy a full-body workout indoors or outdoors, at home, on the beach, at the gym, or on vacation. The wide variety of training options and intensity variation make the waterbag the ideal fitness product to improve explosive strength, balance, stability, and agility. Water bag training activates more muscles and makes them work more than conventional equipment, including the core and stabilizing muscles. During a workout, the whole body has to work hard to move and / or control the unstable water. The intensity is easily adjustable to the desired level by adding or removing water. Start lightly with a little water, then increase the repetitions per exercise and finally you can add more water for extra weight and therefore a greater intensity. The ability to fill the water bag with the desired amount of water and fill it with air makes it suitable for every fitness level. The Aqua bag is made of extremely strong plastic with a reinforced wall. The water bag has a user-friendly filling system, making it easy to fill with the desired weight of water and air. The 4 different comfortable, integrated handles make all kinds of different exercises possible. The water bag is robust, portable and supe-compact when empty. • clear synthetic tube with 4 robust SBR hand grips and printed measures for 5, 10 and 14 L / kg • POM pump valve adaptor with bayonet lock (to fit standard double-action pump) • dimensions 83 x 15 cm • pump required - not includedLooking for alternatives to stores like JD Sports, eBay, SHEIN, ASOS, Next, Best Choice UK, Very, Decathlon UK, Argos, schuh, Temu, BuyBetter, or Nike Official?
